'Walk and talk' therapy provides the possibility of connecting with nature during your therapy. Low-Intensity outdoor talking therapy involves walks on pathways that do not include climbing or scrambling, and last around the length of time of a usual seated therapy session. We do not need to walk for the whole session, and stopping to write, draw, or have a still moment may be an important part of your therapy work.
