Dr Adele McGovern is a Clinical Psychologist with over ten years of experience working across psychological and mental health settings in the NHS and is currently offering psychological support to adult clients.
Adele works with adults who want to explore and work on difficulties they experience in their lives, such as relationship patterns they find themselves repeating, difficulties with mood, mental health, adverse experiences, and how they feel about themselves. She offers a range of therapeutic approaches, and tailors the approach(es) used to the individual and their goals. |
