Dr Adele McGovern is a Clinical Psychologist with over ten years of experience working across psychological and mental health settings and is currently offering psychological support to adult clients. She works part time in the NHS as a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist and part time in private practise.
Adele works with adults who want to explore and work on difficulties they experience in their lives, such as relationship patterns they find themselves repeating, difficulties with mood, mental health, adverse experiences, and how they feel about themselves. She offers a range of therapeutic approaches, and tailors the approach(es) used to the individual and their goals. |
